She is experienced in labor dispute arbitration and litigation. She has represented MNCs and domestic enterprises from medical, insurance, re-insurance, technology, finance, education, culture, entertainment, sports, human resources service, energy, and manufacturing industries in labor disputes arbitration and litigation. She is particularly experienced in dealing with dismissal disputes arising from employees’ gross misconducts and incompetence for work, and employers’ change of business and organizational restructuring, as well as complex bonus disputes and non-compete disputes.


She’s been providing dozens of clients with perennial legal service. She provides clients with consulting service in relation to all areas of employment, including review and draft of human resources management policies and documents, and advice on the optimization of human resources management, and advice on disciplinary actions, compliance investigation, non-compete matters, etc.

Labor Arbitration and Litigation

  • Represented a JV in a non-compete dispute against a former key employee and helped the client win damages for breach of non-compete obligations.
  • Represented a listed company and its affiliates in non-compete disputes against former key employees and helped the clients win damages for breach of non-compete obligations.
  • Represented an energy SOE in a non-compete dispute against a former key employee and helped the client win high damages for breach of non-compete obligations.
  • Represented a medical MNC in a dismissal dispute against a former employee who was dismissed due to gross misconduct and helped the client win the dispute.
  • Represented a material science MNC in termination disputes against several former employees, all of which have been closed in arbitration in favor of the client.
  • Represented an international school in its second dismissal dispute against a former employee and helped the client win the case (this employee was dismissed once before, but the employment was ordered to be reinstated by court).
  • Represented a hotel management company in a bonus dispute against several employees and helped the client win the case. The employees didn’t appeal to court. This dispute was solved effectively in arbitration.

Consulting Service

  • Draft an employment compliance guide for a well-known film company.
  • Draft a PRC employment compliance guide for a MNC client’s global compliance project.
  • Advised several MNC clients on internal compliance investigation on employees and helped the clients handle the employment relationship with these employees peacefully with no further dispute.
  • Advised an internet technology MNC in Dalian on employee termination due to the dissolution of the company. Services provided to the client include design of plans, draft of documents, and one on one negotiation with employees. This project involved 60 employees, all of which have accepted mutual separation with the client.
  • Advised the Shanghai entities of an MNC on mass layoff. The projects involved over 100 employees, all of which have accepted mutual separation with the client.
  • Advised the entities of a food MNC in Beijing, Hebei Province and Inner Mongolia on employee termination due to the dissolution of the local entities. This project involved over 400 employees, all of which have accepted mutual separation with the client.
