Fan Rong specializes in banking and project finance with particular expertise in leasing structures and asset finance.

 

Mr. Fan has rich experiences in product structuring and negotiation. He has advised both sponsors and financiers in many sophisticated and pilot financing projects in China and is held in repute among peers for his abilities and insights in solution and deal coordination.

 

He is a key player and pioneer participated in leasing structure innovation in Tianjing Dongjiang, which has grown into the largest hub of leasing industry in China.

 

Mr. Fan possesses a good understanding of the banking regulation and foreign exchange control in China, and is familiar with the culture of the mainstream PRC commercial banks.

Working Experience

Mr. Fan joined AnJie Broad in 2016 as a partner. Mr. Fan was a partner of Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm from 2008 to 2016. Mr. Fan worked as a local legal adviser in Allen & Overy Beijing from 2006 to 2008. He worked as a senior in-house counsel at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 1998 to 2005.


Education Background

Mr. Fan received his LL.B from China University of Political Science and Law in 1994, and LL.M from University of International Business and Economics in 1998, and MJur from Oxford University in 2006.
