Wang had worked for the Maritime Safety Administration of Jiangsu,the Maritime Safety Administration of Nanjing and Nanjing Municipal Government Maritime Office for about ten years before practicing law. Handled the 12.31 collision case of Marine vessels in Wusong Waters, Shanghai , involving a sum of over RMB 30 million.
Represented a large property insurance company in the 5.16 three-ship pileup case in Wuhu waters, involving a sum of over RMB 20 million.
Handled the 6.18 collision case of a sea vessel and a river vessel in Wuhu waters of the Yangtze River, involving a sum of over RMB 10 million.
Handled the 5.12 collision case in which a sea vessel collided with the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, involving a sum of over RMB 23 million.
Handled the case of Heng-XX11 ship ownership dispute, involving a sum of over RMB 15 million.
Handled the dispute over the partnership of the vessel X-ye, involving a sum of over RMB 20 million.

Nonperforming Asset Disposal & Bankruptcy：

Participated in a series of non-performing loan disposal cases of the Bank of Communications, in which main assets were ships ,involving a sum of over RMB 20 million.
Participated in a commercial bank’s series of non-performing loan disposal project that concern ship-mortgages ,involving a sum of over RMB 70 million.
Provided legal services to a state-owned asset management company in its acquisition of non-performing assets in Suzhou, with the transaction amount of RMB 400 million.
Provided legal services for a state-owned asset management company in its acquisition of a non-performing asset project in Yancheng, with the transaction amount of RMB 500 million.
Provided legal services to a state-owned asset management company in its acquisition of a large commercial complex non-performing assets, with a transaction amount of RMB 1 billion.
Represented a state-owned asset management company in the disposal of non-performing assets , including the compulsory enforcement procedure and the lawsuits of objection to the court’s distribution plan, with the claim amount exceeding RMB 30 million.
Represented a state-owned asset management company in the disposal of the non-performing asset case involving land-use rights and other non-performing assets of a bankrupt enterprise, with the claim amount exceeding RMB 60 million.
Represented a Chinese company in the import and export transaction of the vessel Ziyun-X, with a transaction value of over RMB 50 million.
Provided legal services for a large state-owned shipping enterprise in the procurement of sea-river-through container ships, with a transaction value of RMB 35 million.
