Vincent Shan is a partner of AnJie Broad Law Firm based in Beijing. Mr. Shan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing transactions, and general corporate matters. Mr. Shan has advised dozens of leading private enterprises, private equity funds, and other clients on their investments in China and worldwide since he started his practice. Vincent has accumulated rich experience in legal services and project management. He is especially good at handling large and complex domestic and overseas investments and mergers and acquisitions by designing feasible transaction structures, solving thorny problems, and negotiating with different stakeholders.

Prior to joining Anjie Broad, Mr. Shan was a senior associate at another leading PRC law firm.
