Hailey’s major practice areas are banking and finance. She has rich experience on advising financial institutions and corporates in Chines inbound and outbound financing transactions, including Cross-border Syndicated Loan, Trust, Financial Leasing, Factoring, Asset-backed Securitization, Corporate Bond in Stock Exchange, Debt Financing Instruments of Non-Financial Enterprises in Inter-bank Market, etc.

Hailey specializes in aviation and vessel. In the last few years, she provided legal service for dozens of main trunk airliner, business jet and shipping vessel in various transactions, including banking facility, financial leasing and transfer of leasing asset package. She possesses in-depth understanding for the designing of transaction structure and the issues and details of the contract enforcement.

Hailey obtains extensive knowledge on legal issues of regular corporate affairs. She has been involved in a board range of company projects, including Employee Stock Ownership Plan, M&A, FDI, bankruptcy and liquidation, litigation, etc. She serves as legal consultant for different institutions, including state-owned securities company, financial leasing company, factoring company and private equity fund.
