Sun Lin has been devoted to the research and study of employment and labor laws and provided the related legal services for more than 10 years. She is the external legal counsel for many well-known domestic and overseas companies. She is excellent in assisting the clients in resolving complicated issues in HR management, establishing the HR management system, achieving compliance and risk management, employees replacement plan designing in the process of acquisition and restructure, employees settlement plan design and execution in the process of massive laid-off and redundancy. She has abundant experience in representing the clients in litigation and resolving labor disputes.

Represented a Fortune 500 company in a class litigation due to redundancy under business spin-off.

 

Successfully represented a foreign bank in a defamation case against a former employee.

 

Successfully represented a Japanese company in a termination case of multiple employees due to conflicts of interest discovered in compliance investigation.

 

Advised in multiple group dispute cases arose out of employees’ strikes and employees settlement projects in the process of liquidation, M&A, relocation and redundancy as the leading attorney, participated in the whole project from making the decision, designing the plan, executing the plan to representing in the dispute resolution.

 

Participated in multiple labor and employment related due diligence investigations in M&A, and provided risk prevention report and execution suggestion for the clients’ investments.
