Mr. SHEN Jun has been engaged in legal practice in the field of labor and employment for more than 15 years. He is experienced in labor dispute resolution and labor and employment consultation. He has represented in hundreds of labor disputes in arbitration and litigation, provided labor law trainings to abundant enterprises, and especially specializes in the planning and disposition of mass projects.
The project team under his leadership participates in various projects in respect of shutdown, merger, relocation, layoff, dissolution and reorganization of enterprises each year, providing clients with a full range of legal services, including settlement plan formulation, government communication, security drills, media negotiation, collective negotiation, employee interview, psychological counseling and litigation response. The team also accumulated rich experience in dealing with mass disputes.
In addition, Mr. Shen is especially skilled in negotiation in executive disputes and compliance investigation.

In 2019 represented a US Bank in employees replacement under the shutdown of its Tianjin Branch by designing the overall action plan, communicating with the government on behalf of the client, coordinating for the overall progress, leading in the group negotiation and participating in the on-site meeting with the employees with all employees settled in 3 days and 99% employees settled in the Declaration Day.
In 2019 represented a Japanese company in the strike raised by employees of Guangzhou Branch by communicating with the government on behalf of the client, leading group negotiation and participating one-to-one meeting with the concerned employees.
In 2018 represented a Japanese company in employees’ replacement under the shutdown of its Suzhou factory by designing the overall action plan, communicating with the government on behalf of the client, leading in the group negotiation and participating in the on-site meeting with the employees with all employees settled in 3 days.
In 2018 represented a state-owned enterprise in Shanghai in the relocation by designing and executing the replacement plan and assisting in the Employees’ Representatives Assembly.
In 2018 represented a French company in the shutdown of its Zhongshan factory by designing the employees’ replacement plan, communicating with the government, holding the group negotiation and conducting the meeting with employees.
